2025-04-01 - Metal Water Dish

It’s another nice sunny day in the Comox Valley! It was supposed to rain. Does the weather every change here!

Those rolls I made yesterday came out hard as a rock! I went back to Copilot and told it as much, and they said to add more water to the flour and not kneed it as much. It also said that I could put a little tray of water in the air fryer (see photo to the left) to add moisture during the baking process, so I tried that as well. Yeech… Those little rolls look like drops of cat food don’t they?

At any rate, the proof is in the pudding, or the eating as they say… No warming up the air fryer and 375 degrees for 19 minutes resulted in: WONDERFUL. Fully and moist (see photo to the right)!

I finished reading the Kindle version of “Busting Loose From The Money Game” this evening. I still have the audible version of the book to go over, and need to go back and reread this book to internalize the information though.
