Welcome to another day my friends! Item #1 on my “ToDo List” will start today off: (You can use these symbols: ☐✅).
Morning

- ✅ #01: 📌 Work on Universal Planner! (Yep!)
- ✅ #02: 😴 Record any Nighttime Whispers! (Nope!)
- ☐✅ #03: 📕Read/Craft Ultimate Manifestation Letter: (9:08 pm!,
- ✅ #04: ☕ Over AM Coffee, say Terje’s Script! (*** NOTES ***) (12:34 pm!)
-
- #1) Hello – Begin by acknowledging them out loud. Simply say “Hello Universe” and open the conversation. The goal is not perfection or certainty, but connection. Say “THANK YOU” for everything and be SPECIFIC about manifestations!
- #2) Honesty – Speak truthfully about what you actually feel — fear, loneliness, frustration, gratitude, confusion, hope, excitement, doubt, or exhaustion. Don’t perform spirituality. Just be real.
- #3) Companionship – Treat them like companions walking beside you. Share little moments throughout the day: things you notice, appreciate, wonder about, or find beautiful or funny. Build relationship, not just requests.
- #4) Meetings – Take a few moments each day to talk through your life with them — what’s ahead today, what you’re worried about, what you want, where you feel stuck, and where you’d appreciate support or clarity.
- #5) Asking – Ask first for emotional relief and inner calm, then ask for solutions, guidance, pop-ins, signs, opportunities, ideas, or small favors. Ask openly without demanding exact outcomes or trying to control how the answer arrives.
- #6) Releasing – After asking, stop forcing. Go live your life. Walk, drive, work, brainstorm out loud, drink coffee, move through ordinary moments, and allow ideas or clarity to arise naturally instead of mentally gripping for answers.
- #7) Noticing – Pay attention to what returns — sudden ideas, emotional shifts, coincidences, synchronicities, timing, relief, unexpected opportunities, little “winks,” or moments that feel quietly meaningful. Then continue the conversation and relationship over time.

📋Additional Daily Notes
Sunday began with a drive to Mudsharks, where I dropped my daughter off to meet some friends at 10 a.m. With a little time to myself, I headed down the road to White Spot for one of their big breakfasts. Somewhere between the bacon, eggs, and coffee, I started researching emergency preparedness.
What would we actually need if the electricity went out for an extended period? Food and water were the obvious starting points, but the questions soon expanded to generators, fuel, lighting, radios, prescriptions, and keeping warm. There are four of us to consider, and I wanted to turn my worries about the future into something practical.
Having a wood stove in the main house gives us a useful starting point for warmth, although we don’t use it regularly. I also thought through where we could store supplies. The mice and rats in the Barn Suite make that more complicated than simply putting bags of rice and beans on a shelf. By the end of the discussion, I had the beginnings of a seven-day preparation plan aimed at building a two-week reserve of essentials.
After picking up my daughter and bringing her home, I was ready for a nap. At 12:34 p.m., I had a little conversation with the Universe. I asked for help finding my bliss, preparing for the future, and being happy. I also asked for help teaching others to be happy. Those are the things underneath so many of my projects: wanting a life that feels good to live and having something useful to share.
I spent part of the afternoon listening to shamanic drumming, meditating, and drifting off to sleep. Later, I picked up my wife and daughter for the telethon concert. My daughter was performing, but my son was too sick to take part and stayed home. It was a family afternoon, even with one of us missing from the outing.
My weight this morning was 350.1 pounds, which puts me 11.8 pounds below my recorded starting weight of 361.9. The eating side of the day didn’t go the way I wanted, though. Breakfast at White Spot was followed later by a Subway six-inch chicken teriyaki combo, nachos, a McDonald’s McValue meal, and candy from Superstore. I’m recording it because that is what happened. These are the everyday situations that the next version of my AI Diet Guide needs to help me handle.

There was one useful food experiment: a homemade treat for my evening McDonald’s coffee. I mashed cooked regular potatoes and sweet potatoes and filled six little silicone cupcake cups. Two were plain, two had vanilla, stevia, and cinnamon, and the final two had cocoa powder added as well. I sprayed the cups with oil first and cooked them at 350°F for 20 minutes (see photo to the right). I didn’t use cornstarch, so this batch would give me something to compare with a future version using a binder. After cooling them, I refrigerated them to see how they would firm up overnight.
I also watched Andrew’s SpudFit video about taking charge of cravings and HelpByBuzz’s “The Second Adolescence,” about letting go and having fun. Both gave me something to think about as I worked through my own habits and hopes for the future.
HeartPOV moved forward too. I settled on Kit.com for the early-reader signup approach, giving me a clearer direction for connecting the Facebook ad to the reader experience. The actual signup and access process still needs to be built and tested. My Sunday long video, “The Last Pear Is Gone,” was scheduled to go live at 5:45 p.m., and I recorded “The Empty Branch” as finished and ready to publish.
The planner work stretched into the early hours of Monday. We corrected a session with invalid minutes, removed a duplicate chili-preparation entry, and restored the displayed Daily Becoming streak to 121 days. The accumulated script was also reduced from roughly 33,000 lines to about 4,500. Finally, the new Family Emergency Preparedness project appeared with its 27 tasks, ready for me to begin checking supplies and making arrangements.
It was a full Sunday: family, food, a nap, creative work, and plenty of thinking about what comes next. I didn’t eat as planned, but I kept an honest record, tried something new in the kitchen, and gave some of my worries a practical place to go.
