- ✅ #06: ☕ Over AM Coffee, say Terje’s Script! (*** NOTES ***) (12:36 pm)
- #1) Hello – Begin by acknowledging them out loud. Simply say “Hello Universe” and open the conversation. The goal is not perfection or certainty, but connection. Say “THANK YOU” for everything and be SPECIFIC about manifestations!
- #2) Honesty – Speak truthfully about what you actually feel — fear, loneliness, frustration, gratitude, confusion, hope, excitement, doubt, or exhaustion. Don’t perform spirituality. Just be real.
- #3) Companionship – Treat them like companions walking beside you. Share little moments throughout the day: things you notice, appreciate, wonder about, or find beautiful or funny. Build relationship, not just requests.
- #4) Meetings – Take a few moments each day to talk through your life with them — what’s ahead today, what you’re worried about, what you want, where you feel stuck, and where you’d appreciate support or clarity.
- #5) Asking – Ask first for emotional relief and inner calm, then ask for solutions, guidance, pop-ins, signs, opportunities, ideas, or small favors. Ask openly without demanding exact outcomes or trying to control how the answer arrives.
- #6) Releasing – After asking, stop forcing. Go live your life. Walk, drive, work, brainstorm out loud, drink coffee, move through ordinary moments, and allow ideas or clarity to arise naturally instead of mentally gripping for answers.
- #7) Noticing – Pay attention to what returns — sudden ideas, emotional shifts, coincidences, synchronicities, timing, relief, unexpected opportunities, little “winks,” or moments that feel quietly meaningful. Then continue the conversation and relationship over time.

📋Additional Daily Notes
Edwina Findley Dickerson writes in The World Is Waiting for You about God guiding her life and showing her signs along the way. But this morning I wasn’t feeling particularly optimistic about my own story. Maybe there really is another chapter that I simply can’t see yet.
Just after noon, at 12:36 p.m., I made another little “Universe” recording. It was sunny outside, and I knew I needed to get outside and finish more of the mowing in the main paddock. I also had work to do editing my Farmer’s Market video for my YouTube channel. But underneath those everyday things was that same bigger question. Edwina talks about God communicating through people, signs, billboards, and unexpected little occurrences. I told the Universe that I’d like some of that too. “Can I have some of that today?” I asked. Maybe even a 22. Nothing dramatic—just something that makes me feel that there might be something accompanying me through all of this.
I spent part of the afternoon working in Shotcut on the Farmer’s Market video. I had quite a few photographs on the timeline and wanted to get them all down to about three seconds each. That led to some experimentation with Shotcut’s still-image duration settings and figuring out the most efficient way of handling all those photographs.
My other new creative idea, yet another YouTube channel, also moved another little step forward today. I’ve been thinking about making the concept deliberately minimal: give myself a handful of very basic tools and materials and only one hour to recreate something famous from history. For a Titanic episode, even the ocean could be mashed potatoes! The basic toolkit is becoming wonderfully primitive: cardboard, colored markers, an X-Acto knife, glue, a straight-edge ruler, scissors and tape, with a silicone mat protecting the work surface. I even generated an image of what a one-hour cardboard Titanic sitting in a mashed-potato Atlantic might look like. It was crude enough to be funny but recognizable enough to make the idea seem as though it could actually work.

Before heading out, I also finally unpacked the silicone placemat I already had and put it underneath the Griddler. One more tiny Barn Suite job completed.
Later I went to Dollarama and picked up supplies for my new YouTube channel idea. I found the Taylor digital timer I’d been considering (see photo to the right), and discovered right on the package that it even comes with its AAA battery. With a maximum countdown of 99 minutes and 59 seconds, it should work perfectly for a one-hour build challenge. There’s something satisfying about gradually turning what was just a strange idea into an actual little pile of physical tools sitting there waiting for the first experiment.
I also got outside and mowed some more of the paddock. I didn’t finish the entire thing, but I made visible progress before eventually ending up back at McDonald’s.
McDonald’s became my evening headquarters again. I actually accomplished quite a bit during my Daily Becoming session at McDonald’s. I logged some AI Diet time earlier in the day, recorded unpacking the silicone placemat as part of organizing the Barn Suite, read The World Is Waiting for You up through page 34, completed the Week #3 test in Shaolin Online Self-Mastery, started Chapter #4 of The Great Awakening, and updated my Living in the End spreadsheet. By the end of it, I had accumulated 79 minutes for the day against my 60-minute target—132 percent of goal—and extended the streak to 44 consecutive days, with 64.65 lifetime hours accumulated.
I also started watching Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid tonight. I made it through the famous bicycle sequence with Paul Newman and Katharine Ross and “Raindrops Keep Fallin’ on My Head.” I hadn’t really appreciated before that the movie takes place around the turn of the twentieth century, when bicycles like the one Butch rides represented the exciting new technological future. That makes the scene more interesting because Butch and Sundance themselves belong to a world that is disappearing. Railroads, telegraphs, organized law enforcement, and modern technology are gradually making the Old West—and men like them—obsolete.
There’s something oddly appropriate about ending today there. Butch Cassidy is a man whose familiar world is changing around him, and yet he keeps looking for another possibility, another place, another adventure, another way the story might continue.
Maybe that’s partly what I’ve been doing too.
Today I bought supplies for an absurd little history project. I mowed some grass. I worked on a YouTube video. I read, studied, watched an old movie, sat at McDonald’s, thought about friendship, and sent Alison a difficult question about whether the life I still hope for can really happen.
And somewhere underneath all of it was the question I sent out to the Universe shortly after noon:
Can I have a little sign too?
Maybe a 22.
We’ll see.
