Thursday Momentum (And No Cosmic Fireworks)
Today was one of those quietly productive days that doesn’t look dramatic from the outside — but feels solid when you step back.
First, the “Omelette Diet” hit Day 3. Still standing. Still compliant. Black coffee, black tea, water. Egg whites, potatoes, cauliflower rice, mixed vegetables, flaxseed. Tomorrow I’m adding hummus and black bean dip to the rotation — not as a cheat, but as strategy. Protein + fiber. Sustainability over heroics.
The scale read 324.3 lbs this morning. That’s 37.6 lbs down from 361.9.
No fireworks. Just math.

If the trend holds at 0.4–0.5 lbs per week, 199.x happens sometime in late 2026 or early 2027. That’s not fantasy — that’s trajectory. Slow, steady infrastructure. (Apparently that word is sticking with me lately.)

But today, at Mudsharks, it landed.

It just… resolved.
Which feels fitting.
After that, I came home and tackled the round table — the one that quietly collects paper entropy. Organized everything while watching Jackie Brown. Tarantino pacing pairs surprisingly well with administrative cleanup.
Two bags of garbage out.
Yellow business cards dropped around town.
YouTube short uploaded.
Vitamins taken.
Morning prayer done.
Subliminal track played.
Omelette consumed.
Nothing glamorous.
But real.
There’s something grounding about realizing progress doesn’t announce itself. It accumulates.
The barn suite is slowly coming together.
The music studio is pending.
Bookkeeping still needs attention.
Life remains layered.
But today felt like infrastructure.
