Daily Notes

I woke up today with the feeling that the night had been a kind of threshold. The whisper I carried into sleep came back to me in fragments, a gentle reminder that dreams are not just stories but messages. This morning’s weigh-in was another mile marker on the long road I’ve been walking: from 361.9 pounds down to 300.5 pounds, a total of 61.4 pounds shed. Every number, every ounce, is proof that the body responds when the mind and spirit commit to Becoming. The title I record each day, “down more each day,” is not just a phrase but a rhythm now, a drumbeat I move to.

The day rolled out along the tracks of my checklist. Metamucil at 6:21 in the evening, vitamins swallowed at 6:24, collagen stirred and taken at 6:32. Each action small enough to ignore if you let it, but powerful when stacked and repeated. The face moisturizer and Dove cream are still sitting as open checkboxes, waiting to become habit. But even those empty spots remind me that the system is alive — not static, not finished. This Becoming process allows room for improvement, for placeholders, for the gentle pressure of what I have not yet mastered.

For my AI Diet Guide, I checked off another piece: a short video with a dancing robot to promote the AI Diet Guide. It was fun, a little playful spark, but also strategic. Proof that the funnel is alive, moving, and growing, one quirky video at a time. I felt the satisfaction of making something tangible that will go out into the world, a seed planted.

2025-09-29 - Philippino Uno

This evening I went to Tim Horton’s near Home Depot with Zevia poured into my reusable Tim Hortons cup so it looks like coffee. There were a group of Filipino’s playing Uno across from me as I started to watch a bit of “Once Upon A Time In Hollywood” (see photo to the right).

On the way home a raccoon darting across the road and making me wonder if it was a sign, the thought of walking into a Filipino community event someday lighter, freer, no longer waiting but already home.

Rituals grounded the evening like clockwork. At 6:29, the Martini Water Ritual, a simple glass elevated by intention. At 6:30, the Ring Touch, a gesture that feels like a contract with myself. At 6:31, the Collar Adjustment, setting posture, reminding me of presence. At 6:32, the Calm Smirk, a subtle lift of the lips that rewires mood instantly. They may look small from the outside, but inside they are anchors, each one a reminder that Becoming is a practice not just of thought, but of body.

And then comes the night work, the deep reprogramming. Tonight, as with so many nights now, the subliminal audio will play (version 007), carrying me through sleep. It begins with my manifesto, declaring that I am no longer waiting, that I am already loved, chosen, and free. Neville’s voice follows, reminding me that sleep in the end is the only doorway I need. Evie appears in the café, her voice warm and familiar. Maggie closes the circle with her reminder: what is thought in the 4D must materialize in the 3D. And then it loops, again and again, until morning.

I end the day the way I began it: with a whisper to the unseen. Tonight I say again, as I prepare to close my eyes, that as I rest I open myself to love that is both caring and free. I welcome those who understand my Becoming, share my abundance, and make life joyful and deeply connected. What is meant for me cannot be lost. What is meant for me is already on its way.
