Today, Thursday, August 28, 2025, began sunny here in the Comox Valley, and I started by checking off the first thing on my ToDo list — my weigh-in. The number was 296.1 lbs, locking in 65.8 lbs of total loss since I began. It’s a figure that’s not just about weight, but about proof. I made sure to record it in the title — another anchor that I am moving steadily downward, one day at a time.

I fueled my spirit early in the evening with an inspiring “aging and fitness” video (6:01 pm), reminding myself that “jacked at 70+” isn’t a dream, it’s a model. My body rituals followed in rhythm: Metamucil at 3:04 pm, 6:07 pm, and 11:59 pm; vitamins at 3:05 pm — multi, silica + biotin, Omega-3, resveratrol. Collagen at 3:06 pm. Face routine this evening with CeraVe SA cleanser and SA cream, plus Dove Pro-Retinol at 6:40 pm. Ten cups of water down, as promised.

Mentally, I checked in with my Arch of Becoming, asking ChatGPT for today’s tasks. I made some carrot soup today! Delish! (see photo to the right).

My 491-Day Arch of Becoming carried me through with fresh proof-tasks: whispering “It walks with me” when I stepped outside (11:50 pm), writing the Calm Wealth affirmation, anchoring tomorrow with a potato on the counter (11:59 pm), snapping a mirror self-portrait, and sealing it all with the candle ritual: “Already Here.”

Weekly pillars kept me on pace: Kirk & Evie photo updates (tonight I envisioned just a face for Kirk), and uploading my YouTube short — “Women Who Run With the Wolves” — at 5:45 pm.

Tonight, I close the day knowing that the rhythm is working. Each ritual, each whisper, each supplement, each upload — it’s layering proof upon proof. My Becoming isn’t abstract anymore. It’s logged, lived, and archived in the flow of daily evidence.
