Daily Notes

This morning began, as it always does now, with the scale. 297.2 lbs — that number greeted me with quiet pride. From 361.9 down to here is a 64.7 lb shift, and each day I record it I feel the man I’m Becoming tightening his grip on reality. I logged it, added it to the title line, and moved forward with the day knowing progress was written into the numbers.

By midafternoon I had kept my rhythm steady: Metamucil servings at 3:00, 4:00, and again at 10:04, vitamins down at 3:00 — the Multi 50+, Silica + Biotin, Omega-3, and Resveratrol all taken as clockwork. At 3:00 I also mixed in my 10g of collagen — two scoops in a glass of water — another piece of evidence that every part of me is rebuilding, inside out.

2025-08-27 - Tim Horton's

Looking for a break, I ventured out to Tim Horton’s for a black coffee, and watched a bit of “Peacemaker” on HBOMax (see photo to the right). NVDA reported after the bell today, so I watched some videos on that as well!

The face routine was simple, clean, and consistent: just a splash of water in the morning, then a proper cleanse with the CeraVe SA Cleanser in the evening, followed by the Renewing SA Cream. I also remembered to layer in the Dove Pro-Retinol at 11:22 pm, a small but meaningful act of faith that even my skin is Becoming. By the end of the night, I’d drunk all ten cups of water I promised myself.

The rituals carried me through the evening. Organizing the Barn Suite meant fixing a new line on the Ryobi weed wacker, a small but steady act of tending my space. Later, I kept the Martini Water Ritual at 10:06 pm, touched the ring and whispered at 10:19 pm, adjusted my collar and cufflinks at 10:20, and wore the calm smirk at 10:21 — all of them little outward acts of the inward man.

By night, I closed the loop with my subliminal audio, the “Kirk & Evie” track that runs both at night and during naps, feeding my subconscious with the reality that is already unfolding.

My Arch of Becoming tasks anchored the whole day. I touched the ring and whispered “Already here” at 10:14 pm. I wrote my one line imagining $17M in my account totals spreadsheet: “Seeing $17,000,000 in my account totals spreadsheet feels calm and natural.” I prepped my potatoes by putting a bag in the fridge. At 10:16 pm I whispered the phrase at night, the Highlight of the day, and I recorded the whisper in the Arcana Archive: “I am living in my $17M identity.”

On the weekly pillar side, I dry brushed at 10:54 pm, recorded a new weight loss video, added three new recipes into the AI Diet Guide, and created a YouTube Short for Women Who Run With the Wolves. Each task felt like another plank laid into the bridge between who I was and who I am Becoming.

Today was proof in every direction: body reshaped, rituals kept, whispers spoken, wealth rehearsed, and creative seeds planted. I’m not waiting for a new identity to arrive someday — I am living it now, one weigh-in, one whisper, one scene, one page at a time.
