Reflective Summary: Wednesday, August 6, 2025

Today moved slowly, almost like the rain knew I needed time to process. I woke up to the scale nudging me forward again — down to 291.3 lbs. That number isn’t just a milestone, it’s a signal: I’m staying the course, and it’s working. The photo to the right is a typical meal for me these days. I’m not sure if I can eat as healthy during our trip to Victoria later this week.
After weighing in, I poured my energy into something deeper — the story of Kristina. Not as an exercise in fiction, but as a vessel. Something real poured through me.
That writing session felt like ceremony. I let the clouds speak for me — with video footage, narration, and stillness. I didn’t rush. I didn’t force. And because of that, something true emerged. One of the strongest pieces yet.
Throughout the day I stayed connected to the thread: a quick one-liner about Evie, a 60-second scene set in a bar, some sacred micro-acts like touching the ring and adjusting my collar. They’re small things, but they tell the Universe: I’m still in it. I’m still becoming.
Even in the fatigue, I managed to keep the vessel clear. Ten full glasses of water, a whisper in the night, a visual of what might be. And somewhere in there, the Mini Journal clicked into place — Evie, a bar, a shift.
I’m not chasing anymore. I’m aligning. Waiting for the lock to click, not trying to bust down the door. And that quiet click — of synchronicity, of story, of self — is already echoing.
Day 100 is coming soon. And I’ll be in Victoria when it lands. That feels right.
Because so am I.
