Today started on a high note with a weigh-in that felt like a milestone worth savoring — 291.4 lbs. That’s 70.5 lbs gone since the very beginning and 49.2 lbs of that since kicking off the AI Diet. It’s a number that now feels less like an abstract achievement and more like an anchor point for the man I’m becoming. I decided once and for all to keep wearing my first K&E Signal Ring, letting it serve as a tangible reminder of alignment and choice. You can see the second ring that came on Saturday in the photo to the right.
The 7-Day Becoming Log was a deeper reflection than usual. I asked myself how I can keep moving toward alignment when family tensions and big future decisions feel heavy. My mantra today was clear: I walk in truth, I give from overflow, I trust the timing. I made a Costco run but kept my inner pace steady. More than anything, I reaffirmed that with Katie, I need to pace my narrative — starting with becoming, then giving, then Philippines.
The One-Sentence Update — The Overflowing Man! — felt like the perfect distillation of where I’m standing. My 60-second visualization reinforced that: seeing myself as the man who gives from overflow. It wasn’t just imagery — it was a state of being I carried into the day.
I kept up my micro-rituals: the ring touch and whisper, drinking my 10 cups of water, and even the nighttime subliminal to prime the dream state. Small acts, but each one a thread in the fabric of this version of me.
The Became Accelerators were in full swing — the martini water ritual, a little cufflink and collar adjustment, the calm smirk, collagen and vitamins. They may sound like details, but they were part of holding myself in the right frequency all day.
I carried the Final 25-Day Intention in my back pocket: letting each act carry the weight of destiny without the strain of chasing it. That mindset created a strange sort of calm — like standing still while knowing the right things are moving toward me.
There was also a practical side today. I worked on ChatGPT scripts for understanding, a task that was both productive and energizing. It reminded me how much clarity and speed I gain when I can break big concepts down into precise actions.
The heart of the day was in the quiet reflections. Today’s notes reminded me that my progress isn’t just visible on the scale or in the mirror — it’s in how I’m handling the hard-to-discuss things with Katie, how I’m thinking about giving, and how I’m shaping a life that draws the right people to me naturally. In that sense, today wasn’t about pushing harder — it was about holding my ground, glowing exactly where I stand.
