2025-07-21 - Quality Foods

I woke up today with a strange mix of restlessness and peace—like something was nearing but still quietly out of reach. After tending to the usual morning rhythms and playing with the dog a bit, I decided to take a little outing. We were running low on chicken feed, so I figured it was as good a reason as any to get out into the sunshine. The summer heat was comforting today, like the kind that soaks into your bones and reminds you to be fully present.

After Shur-Kare I headed to Quality Foods for an Americano with almond milk. The café was quiet, the coffee hot, and I sat there thinking about how close it all feels now. I worked on the topics (see photo to the right) that I will be discussing with my daughter on our “12 Days of Coffee” when she gets back tomorrow from Europe!

This evening, I don’t know what else I’m supposed to do right now, except keep showing up like this. Keep being the man I’ve become. I folded laundry like it mattered. I recorded a little song that might be trash or might be something more. I asked the universe again, not with desperation, but with readiness. If there’s a miracle left for me, I’m here. And I’m listening.

Day #0079 – (Monday, July 21, 2025) – “Chicken Feed & Coffee”

It started with a small errand—one of those simple Monday things: we were almost out of chicken feed. So I drove out to Shur-Kare, then Quality Foods for an Americano with almond milk. The same energy as always: ordinary, sacred, waiting. I didn’t meet anyone special. No dramatic moment. Just the sense that everything was still… lining up.

Back home, I hit a new milestone: 301.8 lbs—down 60.1 lbs from the start. Quiet victory. I recorded a spontaneous melody, one that might become a song after I work on it. I finalized my Manifestation Letter #005, finished all the Core Seven rituals, touched the ring, whispered the whisper. I didn’t get a clear sign today, but I also didn’t need one. Not like before.

Because today wasn’t about chasing. It was about living like the signal’s already been sent. And maybe it has.
