Stocks were down a bit today. Not too much, but down nonetheless. I guess they have a right to be down given the big ride up the past few days. NVDA is making HUGE deals throughout the Middle East and that is driving the stock way higher. They report next Wednesday so let’s see where they go. Tariffs seem to be a distant thought but I suppose they could always rise their head again…
I really like the hummus that I make in my Ninja Blender (see photo to the right). I would really like to have some olive oil in it to make it silkier and smoother, but I don’t want the added calories. At any rate, this works great… Just a:
