When I woke up this morning I remembered the dream I had last night. Is the request to remember dreams working? At any rate, here’s the dream I had…
I was in this little cabin, perhaps a log cabin, with a bunch of people sitting at card tables. A group of these people were from Germany and I was trying to get on their good side for some reason. I told them how a German family down the road used to make German foods. Perhaps I was thinking of the Hennigars? Well, they were long before immigrated from Germany, and never made any German foods. It looks like I was “lying” to win their favor? At any rate, as I was leaving the cabin I passed a woman who said that big things were in store for me that afternoon. She implied that I was going to be the MC of an event of some sort? I walked through a scenic pond area and into a building and took the elevator up to one of the top floors. On the way there was this little toy set poster of those kids car garages you get where you can park cars and send them down the various lanes to the bottom. In the dream that the thought of this MC’ing event might be my “Big Break” due to my “Law of Attraction” work? Perhaps my progress singing the Journey song “Don’t Stop Believin” is the reason for this? Who knows…

Potato starch is an excellent alternative! It can make your fries extra crispy while keeping them light and airy. To use potato starch:
- After soaking and drying your potato slices, sprinkle a small amount of potato starch over them. Toss to coat evenly.
- Add your preferred seasonings, like paprika, garlic powder, or onion powder.
- Follow the same air-frying process: cook at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

The Hottest Topic Of The Now: Anxiety & Manifestations
Lately, Iâve noticed something interesting⌠comment after comment after comment on my channel (and here on Reddit) is about anxiety. Whether itâs anxiety about life in general or anxiety specifically tied to manifestation, itâs everywhere. And since this is a topic I personally donât struggle with very often, I wanted to give some perspective.
Anxiety is just the fear that something bad is going to happen. Thatâs it. Itâs fear of the unknown, which for most people just equals âbad.â So if you’re manifesting something and you still feel anxious about it, even though you “know” you’re going to get it… you don’t actually believe you’re going to get it, without doubt. If you did, you wouldnât feel anxious. But that’s not the main problem.
Whatâs really going on is this: you believe that if the thing you want doesnât happen, it will mean something bad. Youâve assigned meaning to the manifestation that it doesnât have, and thatâs whatâs generating your anxiety.
Almost every anxious thought about manifestation boils down to one central theme: âIf this thing doesnât happen, it means something bad about me or my life.â
-It means I wasnât good enough to get the thing I want (and probably never will be).
-It means manifestation isnât really a thing, and I actually AM at the whims of a cruel, cold universe⌠just like I always thought
-It means that no matter how much I want this thing⌠I may never be fulfilled in this area.
And of courseâŚ
-Iâll probably die old and alone and no one will come to my funeral and something bad or worse NOTHING awaits me on the other side!
All of those thoughts are illusions. Donât fall for them. Itâs a trap!!
A huge part of the anxiety problem is misunderstanding what desire even is. And trust me. This process is ripe for human error.
Letâs break it down:
- You feel a sensation.
- You interpret that sensation as a desire.
- You then assign that desire to a specific thing in the outer world, believing it is the fulfilment of the desire.
- You try to manifest that specific thing.
- You live in a state of anxiety, awaiting its arrival, feeling intermittently nauseous at the thought of it not happening.
But hereâs the truth. You feel a sensation in your body as a reaction to something you see or think or feel or experience. You may interpret that sensation as desire, when itâs actually something else. Fear, a feeling of low self-worth, confusion. And you interpret it as âdesire.â This whole process happens subconsciously for most people. And for most people, thereâs an instant transfer of that sensation onto something in the outside world that they believe will fulfill it, when it actually wonât. It actually may have nothing to do with addressing the feeling of LACK that started the whole thing in the first place!
But you project that lack onto an object, freak out at the thought of not getting it, and then if you in fact donât get it, you interpret it as a failure.
This entire process can be avoided by keeping an open mind. Specifically, getting it through your head and heart that you simply donât know. You donât know what would truly fulfill you, you donât know how youâd feel if you actually got the thing youâre fixated on, you donât know whatâs going to happen tomorrow. Trust that the thing choreographing the whole thing DOES.
If you’re serious about growth and freedom, you have to humble yourself enough to admit
that you donât always know what you want, and you definitely donât always know the best way for it to show up.
If you’re anxious because something hasnât shown up yet, this is the thought that will bring peace:
If this specific thing doesnât happen, it means either (a) I need to shift something internally – and I have power over that! or (b) the thing that WILL fulfill me is coming and Iâm not recognizing the form itâs going to come in.
Either way â thereâs no gloom and doom here. Itâs not a problem. Youâre not missing your one shot in life to get this big thing that will define the whole thing for you! Youâre being REDIRECTED to the right thing⌠or being given an opportunity to shift into alignment with the right thing. That is in your control (at least – intending for the change is in your control). There is nothing else.
Once you truly take these things to heart, youâll be able to see the truth to them, youâll build up evidence via experience, and anxiety falls away. Anxiety all starts with your thoughts and orientation to the world.
Do you feel peace? Not all day, every day. But are you peaceful often enough to enjoy the present moment? Peace isnât a âside effectâ of getting what you want â quite the opposite. Manifestations are so much easier to come by from that state of peace. Itâs the place with access to the âfield of all possibilities,â where manifestations are seen for their true value and importance â what they really have to offer. Itâs easy to maneuver from that state.
So if your massive desire and accompanying anxiety is knocking you out of that state, or preventing you from getting there at all, ever, thatâs a huge red flag. Somethingâs off. Youâre assigning it meaning it doesnât have, delusionally believing it can do something for you it canât, not seeing yourself as worthy of having it, or some other false belief.
YOU ARE ALREADY LIVING IN THE UNKNOWN.
The future is an illusion. Youâre not in the future. Youâre in the present. Always. Youâve always been in the present. Youâll always be in the present. Youâve made it through every other present moment youâve ever existed in. Here you are. The present moment right now, you probably worried about at some point in the past. Stop. Look around. Youâre breathing. Youâre not being chased by a T Rex.
The worries about the unknowns in the future are an illusion. Wasted thought and energy. They are creations of your imagination that have been assigned negative possible meaning and because they are not in your present surroundings any number of bad possibilities can all be assigned to that unknown at once.
Quit it! Only you can decide to stop it! Itâs within your control.
You donât need to know whatâs going to happen. Youâll adapt to anything that happens just like you always have, and most of the things youâre worrying about wonât happen. And if something youâre worried about happening DOES happen, itâs not going to be experienced the way youâre imagining it will be. Youâve gotta have a little faith in yourself and develop the âI can do itâ attitude that gets you everywhere in life and in âmanifestation.â
Manifestation is real. Mental influence is real. If somethingâs not happening, itâs not manifestationâs fault. Itâs user error.
You either misinterpreted the desire or picked the wrong thing to fulfill it. Thatâs not a âfailureâ itâs being human. Learning to discern between âI want something outside of myselfâ and âI want something to change in meâ is not easy. And having the ability to correctly determine exactly what will fulfill you is hit or miss â for EVERYONE.
And as everyone reading this knows, ironically, some of the biggest blessings that happen in your life happen as a direct result of not getting what you want. You meet your spouse and couldnât have had that relationship if that alcoholic outlaw biker you were in love with for 7 years had finally come around to seeing the merits of being in a committed relationship with you. You find yourself enjoying the best times of your life in a city that youâd never have moved to if you just got that job you wanted SO MUCH. You find yourself in love with a baby that wasnât born to you after years of being dead set on having your own biological child.
Come on you guys. You know all of this is true.
You don’t always know whatâs best for you. You canât always see the bigger picture. But your âhigher selfâ can, and if you learn to rely on that thing, whatever it is, youâve got no reason to be anxious about the future.
Your ultimate fulfilment is a done deal!
So next time you feel that breathtaking pulse of anxiety shoot down your chest into your stomach ask yourself⌠what the hell am I so afraid of? The meaning of this manifestation is an illusion, and Iâm falling for it again. Yeah, Iâd like it, and hey, Iâm probably going to get it. But if I donât, or if it looks like Iâm not going to, Iâm not going to flip out and GO TO THE DARK PLACE, Iâm going to remind myself that I donât know what Iâm seeing or what it means, and Iâm going to remind myself that my fulfillment is a DONE DEAL. And most of that is going to come from me, anyway.
Get into the habit of talking yourself down. Do it all the time. You donât need some âtechnique.â You just need the right perspective on this entire thing, and then you need to repeat it to yourself during those moments â just like youâve been programmed your whole life for everything else. Only this time youâre programming you, not your parents or friends or the media or advertising.
Youâre the only one that can do this for you. Itâs not magic. Itâs not âparty tricksâ â hey look, I imagined a good parking space and there it is! â itâs about being willing to change. Mentally, emotionally, reactionally, dare I say⌠vibrationally! And when you start to do that, anxiety lessens, peace increases and when youâre living from that space of more peace, the 3D stuff has a way of coming to you without you thinking about it or worrying about it. And then change becomes incredibly enticing and the whole world turns into a really riveting mystery, a puzzle you wake up every day excited to continue to âwork on.â You experience the whole range of human emotions without getting TOO deeply affected by them. And the good times are great, and the bad times are blunted because you know what youâre here for, and that no matter what – you are untouchably ok.

Sprouted Bread Recipe
I was out of bread so I tried making this “roll” recipe this evening (see photo to the right) courtesy of Copilot:
Ingredients:
- 2 cups spelt flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt (optional)
- ž cup water
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or other sweetener (optional, for flavor)
Instructions:
- Mix the dry ingredients: In a bowl, combine the spelt flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add liquid ingredients: Gradually pour in the water and maple syrup while mixing. Knead until you form a smooth, slightly sticky dough.
- Shape the dough: Form the dough into a loaf or smaller rolls, depending on your preference.
- Preheat the air fryer: Set it to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the basket: Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or a silicone mat (no oil needed!).
- Cook: Place the dough in the basket and bake for 15-20 minutes for rolls or 20-25 minutes for a loaf, checking for golden-brown crust and firm texture. You can insert a toothpickâit should come out clean.
- Cool and enjoy: Let your bread cool for a few minutes before slicing and savoring.
Spelt flour brings a nutty, slightly sweet flavor to your bread, and the air fryer gives it a crisp exterior without the need for oil. Want to get adventurous? You could add seeds, herbs, or spices to the dough for extra flavor.
