Welcome to the start of yet another work week! My how time flies! Here is item #1 on my latest “ToDo List”: (You can use these symbols: ☐✅).

Remember, losing weight means:
- No more joint pain.
- Easier to get up/down stairs.
- New clothes.
- Socialize more.
- Travel more.
So, keep motivated! Here goes:
Morning
- ✅ #01: 🪄 Maggie’s Manifestation: The Optimal State From Which To Manifest Anything You Want (Neville Goddard/Law Of Assumption)
- (At the 1:20 point she says the OPTIMAL STATE IS “I AM 100% OKAY WITH NOT GETTING THIS THING, BUT I KNOW I WILL GET IT”! THIS IS THE STATE THAT HAS ALWAYS WORKED FOR HER AND GOTTEN HER WHATEVER SHE WANTS!!!)
- ✅ #02: 📈 Weigh yourself! (361.9 lbs. – 343.7 lbs. = 18.2 lbs. total weight loss.)
- ✅ #03: 📉 Record Weight Down in Title!
- ✅ #04: 😴 Record any Nighttime Whispers! (None)
- ✅ #05: ☕ Over AM Coffee, say Terje’s Script! (*** NOTES ***) (7:52 pm!)
- #1) Hello – Begin by acknowledging them out loud. Simply say “Hello Universe” and open the conversation. The goal is not perfection or certainty, but connection. Say “THANK YOU” for everything and be SPECIFIC about manifestations!
- #2) Honesty – Speak truthfully about what you actually feel — fear, loneliness, frustration, gratitude, confusion, hope, excitement, doubt, or exhaustion. Don’t perform spirituality. Just be real.
- #3) Companionship – Treat them like companions walking beside you. Share little moments throughout the day: things you notice, appreciate, wonder about, or find beautiful or funny. Build relationship, not just requests.
- #4) Meetings – Take a few moments each day to talk through your life with them — what’s ahead today, what you’re worried about, what you want, where you feel stuck, and where you’d appreciate support or clarity.
- #5) Asking – Ask first for emotional relief and inner calm, then ask for solutions, guidance, pop-ins, signs, opportunities, ideas, or small favors. Ask openly without demanding exact outcomes or trying to control how the answer arrives.
- #6) Releasing – After asking, stop forcing. Go live your life. Walk, drive, work, brainstorm out loud, drink coffee, move through ordinary moments, and allow ideas or clarity to arise naturally instead of mentally gripping for answers.
- #7) Noticing – Pay attention to what returns — sudden ideas, emotional shifts, coincidences, synchronicities, timing, relief, unexpected opportunities, little “winks,” or moments that feel quietly meaningful. Then continue the conversation and relationship over time.
Afternoon
- ☐✅ #06: 🥋 Complete Shaolin.Online!
- I commit to daily practice—body and mind.

- ☐✅ #08: 🏋️ MAX OUT on “Chin Ups”! (*** NOTES GO HERE ***)
- ☐✅ #09: 🧘 Embody Stillness + Presence (The Quiet Path)

- Move slowly and deliberately for 2–5 minutes (like a calm martial arts form — no rush, no goal)
- Sit with one coffee or meal with ZERO distraction (no phone, no thinking ahead — just notice)
- When a “past path” thought appears → replace with: “That quality is still available now”
- Choose ONE anchor:
- walk slower for 2 minutes
- pause before responding
- sit still for 3 minutes
- 👉 Goal: Slow down + Notice + Don’t force
Night

📋Additional Daily Notes
Today felt like one of those days where ordinary errands somehow turned into bigger reflections.

The day had this strange rhythm to it. Earlier in the afternoon, I ended up at Quality Foods A Step Above — one of those places that always seems to slow life down a little bit. There’s something about sitting up there with a coffee, looking out, and feeling removed from the rush below. I found myself appreciating that simple moment more than I probably would have years ago. No huge event. No breakthrough. Just being there, having a quiet afternoon, and realizing life sometimes feels calmer when I stop trying to force it. I signed up for one month of Runway and tried creating a video of someone coming to Quality Foods with this tool… turned out pretty good. While I experimented I watched one of the “White” videos from West Virginia (see photo to the right).
But then, like life often does, the peaceful coffee-shop energy collided headfirst with technology.
The TELUS TV setup became the project of the day. What should have been simple turned into an ongoing experiment involving HDMI ports, startup screens, cables, loading bars, and a whole lot of patience. I unplugged things, moved things around, disconnected the soundbar entirely, waited for logos to appear, watched loading bars freeze, and started questioning whether any of this had ever worked properly to begin with. There’s a special kind of frustration when technology appears to be almost fixed but never quite gets there. By the end of it, I was seriously considering whether the reset button was my last hope.
Naturally, my mind wandered from TV troubleshooting into investing — because apparently that’s how my brain works. One minute I’m troubleshooting HDMI inputs and the next I’m wondering whether interest rates are going to crush NVIDIA, whether Tesla is too risky, whether I should stay in cash, or whether boring dividend stocks are secretly the smarter move. We ended up revisiting that old idea of channel investing — buying lower, trimming higher, collecting dividends, and letting patience do some of the work. I realized something interesting while talking about it: I don’t seem as afraid of market drops as I used to be. More and more I catch myself thinking, “Good. My orders trigger.”
At some point the conversation drifted into completely different territory — chicken adobo, vinegar, bacteria, fermentation, and how apple juice somehow becomes alcohol and then eventually vinegar. It struck me that life itself sometimes feels like that process: things transform into something else entirely while you’re busy doing something unrelated.
As evening rolled around, I did my Universe talk and realized I was feeling more contemplative than usual. I thanked life for everything — money, internet, health, love, the little comforts. But underneath that gratitude was this quieter feeling too: exhaustion. Not despair. Just tiredness. Wondering why the winks and signs don’t always seem as obvious anymore. Wondering if I’m doing something wrong, or whether maybe life just communicates differently than I expect.
Eventually I did what I often seem to do on these kinds of evenings.
I got in the car and headed to McDonald’s.
There’s something oddly comforting about that ritual. The day doesn’t have to be solved. The TV doesn’t have to be fixed. The market doesn’t have to be figured out. Sometimes it’s enough to drive through Courtenay, grab a coffee, sit for a while, and let the noise settle down. I found myself thinking about how strange life is — one minute you’re at Quality Foods having a peaceful afternoon, the next you’re wrestling with technology, then thinking about billions of dollars in stocks, then ending the night with coffee and questions.
Driving along near Lerwick and Ryan Road, I realized maybe today wasn’t about finding answers.
Maybe today was about continuing.
Maybe the Easter eggs aren’t giant miracles.
Maybe they’re afternoons at A Step Above.
Maybe they’re coffee at McDonald’s.
Maybe they’re just moments where life quietly reminds me:
keep on keeping on. ☕
