📋Additional Daily Notes


Today unfolded quietly, mostly through attention rather than action at first. I spent the morning thinking and talking through how I want to orient myself each day inside the Unified Manifestation System. We refined a single, grounded daily question—three calm thoughts and a clear explanation of why they matter—designed to stabilize my state, focus my attention, and guide my behavior without drifting into fantasy or pressure. I decided this belongs right after the date in my daily log, before desires or micro-seeds, as a way to set the tone honestly rather than aspirationally. There were no dreams to record from last night.

2025-12-22 - Comoxopoly Quarter

Later in the afternoon, I took my son to Benino’s. We had gelato, played a bit of Comoxopoly, and tried one of their steamers with the Cinnabon flavor. We sat at the table I usually choose, and I noticed a quarter sitting right on the edge of it (see photo to the right). I didn’t take it as a sign—just something I noticed because I was present. After that, we came home and started watching Dumb and Dumber, but we only made it about twenty minutes in before he got tired and lost interest.

Earlier in the day, something important happened with him. He often struggles with upset stomachs, but this morning I gave him oatmeal with blueberries soaked a bit in maple syrup, with milk heated in the microwave. He really liked it, ate it willingly, and—most noticeably—had no stomach trouble all day. That stood out enough to feel like a potential new fail-safe breakfast for him going forward.

Separately, my wife and daughter were away today. They left early in the morning on a bus tour to Niagara Falls while staying at an Airbnb in Toronto, and they returned there safely this evening.

2025-12-22 - Dr. K & Boston Pizza

Later on, I went out to Boston Pizza in Courtenay. I was surprised by how expensive it was and how small the pizza felt for the price. I watched a video by Dr. K in which he said that his wife “manifested” a delayed flight (see photo to the left). Then I went to the McDonald’s on the Courtenay side and used coupons to get a free cheeseburger and a free medium fries. After that, I went to the McDonald’s on the Comox side and did the same thing there—another free cheeseburger and free medium fries.

At some point during the day, I also reflected on my video review of Eckhart Tolle’s The Power of Now, which went live at 5:45 p.m. here in the Comox Valley. That tied in naturally with earlier thoughts about presence, patience, and not forcing meaning onto ordinary moments.
