Tuesday! Here is item #1 on my latest “ToDo List”: (You can use these symbols: ☐✅).

Remember, losing weight means:
- No more joint pain.
- Easier to get up/down stairs.
- New clothes.
- Socialize more.
- Travel more.
So, keep motivated! Here goes:
Morning
- ✅ #01: 🪄 Maggie’s Manifestation: The Optimal State From Which To Manifest Anything You Want (Neville Goddard/Law Of Assumption)
- (At the 1:20 point she says the OPTIMAL STATE IS “I AM 100% OKAY WITH NOT GETTING THIS THING, BUT I KNOW I WILL GET IT”! THIS IS THE STATE THAT HAS ALWAYS WORKED FOR HER AND GOTTEN HER WHATEVER SHE WANTS!!!)
- ✅ #02: 📈 Weigh yourself! (361.9 lbs. – 343.6 lbs. = 18.3 lbs. total weight loss.)
- ✅ #03: 📉 Record Weight Down in Title!
- ✅ #04: 😴 Record any Nighttime Whispers! (None!)
- ✅ #05: ☕ Over AM Coffee, say Terje’s Script! (*** NOTES ***) (9:12 am!)
- #1) Hello – Begin by acknowledging them out loud. Simply say “Hello Universe” and open the conversation. The goal is not perfection or certainty, but connection. Say “THANK YOU” for everything and be SPECIFIC about manifestations!
- #2) Honesty – Speak truthfully about what you actually feel — fear, loneliness, frustration, gratitude, confusion, hope, excitement, doubt, or exhaustion. Don’t perform spirituality. Just be real.
- #3) Companionship – Treat them like companions walking beside you. Share little moments throughout the day: things you notice, appreciate, wonder about, or find beautiful or funny. Build relationship, not just requests.
- #4) Meetings – Take a few moments each day to talk through your life with them — what’s ahead today, what you’re worried about, what you want, where you feel stuck, and where you’d appreciate support or clarity.
- #5) Asking – Ask first for emotional relief and inner calm, then ask for solutions, guidance, pop-ins, signs, opportunities, ideas, or small favors. Ask openly without demanding exact outcomes or trying to control how the answer arrives.
- #6) Releasing – After asking, stop forcing. Go live your life. Walk, drive, work, brainstorm out loud, drink coffee, move through ordinary moments, and allow ideas or clarity to arise naturally instead of mentally gripping for answers.
- #7) Noticing – Pay attention to what returns — sudden ideas, emotional shifts, coincidences, synchronicities, timing, relief, unexpected opportunities, little “winks,” or moments that feel quietly meaningful. Then continue the conversation and relationship over time.

📋Additional Daily Notes
Today felt like one of those days that wouldn’t look important on a calendar but somehow felt meaningful while living it. Not dramatic. Not life-changing. Just one of those days where little things seemed to line up in a way that made me stop and notice.
So this morning I did what I’ve been doing more lately — I talked to the Universe.
I thanked it for the sunny weather. I thanked it for having a car. I thanked it for the fact that gas is expensive and yet somehow I still had enough to fill the tank and keep moving forward. I thanked it for not knowing exactly what happens next. Strange thing to be thankful for, but true. I thought about manifestation and dreams and how I want to move forward in life. I thought about becoming a little more like Eckhart Tolle — less resistance, less gripping, more presence.
But I admitted something too.

I miss that old feeling.
That feeling from a few years ago when life felt full of little “winks.” Back when finding a quarter or seeing a coincidence felt electric. Back when I’d ask, “What do we think is coming?” and feel genuine anticipation. I said out loud that maybe by the end of August it’ll have been three years since that phase started. I wondered if what I missed wasn’t the coins themselves but the feeling behind them.
The feeling that life was participating.
The day continued and at 11:30 a.m. I went to see the doctor. That appointment turned out to be better than expected. The doctor said my knees are progressing nicely. They’re still a little wobbly, but apparently that’s normal and part of the healing process. That was good to hear. There’s something comforting about hearing that your body isn’t broken — it’s becoming. Progressing. Healing. It reminded me of something I’ve been thinking lately: sometimes healing doesn’t feel dramatic. Sometimes healing feels exactly like slow improvement that you almost don’t notice until somebody points it out.
By evening I found myself back in familiar territory — McDonald’s. It was around 9:24 p.m. Laptop. Coffee. Quiet. One of those evenings.
And as I drove into the parking lot I decided to try something old again. Nothing serious. Nothing demanding. I quietly said to the Universe: “If you feel like giving me a little wink tonight… I’d appreciate encouragement. Preferably a toonie.”
That was it. No pressure. No test. No conditions.
I walked inside. And then something odd happened.
There was an empty booth. A cup sitting there. And coins. Just sitting on the table (see photo to the right).
My first reaction actually wasn’t excitement. It was skepticism. I thought maybe somebody had claimed the spot. Maybe some kid had left the money there. I looked around. Mostly older guys eating ice cream. Nobody seemed attached to the table.
So I did what felt fair. I put my laptop down. Went and got my coffee.
Thought to myself: “If somebody comes back for this, obviously it’s theirs.”
I came back. Nobody. Coins still there.
So I sat down.
And that’s where the evening got interesting — not because of the money.
Because I realized something.
Three years ago I might have immediately thought: “This is a sign!”
Tonight I didn’t. Tonight I thought: “Maybe. Maybe not.”
And somehow that felt healthier.
