This morning started early, around 8 a.m., with a couple of unusual dreams that I tried to record before they faded. In the first one I was running from zombies that were trying to kill me. It had that chaotic survival feeling where you are just trying to stay ahead of them. Then the dream abruptly shifted. Suddenly Snoop Dogg was sitting at the back of a room with what looked like coconut cookies, as if he was judging something. Some of the cookies fell behind the table where he couldn’t reach them, but he just sat there calmly waiting to judge whatever was coming next.

The second dream was much longer and stranger. I had apparently just moved into a new house, and someone pointed out that the foundation under the garage looked odd, almost like a little rippled hill that had been paved over. When I turned around I suddenly saw Steve, my old friend from Ambassador College. I hadn’t told anyone where I lived, so I was confused how he knew where I was. He said he was in town for some kind of conference. He got on his bike and rode away, but then someone announced that a package had been hidden near some bushes and several cyclists started racing toward it like a scavenger hunt. Steve turned around, raced back, grabbed the package first, and celebrated like he had won something important.

Seeing him in the dream brought up a lot of reflection about my college years. We were close friends back then but eventually drifted apart after he moved to England and got married. It made me think about how I sometimes wish I had spent more time with some of the quieter and more reflective people at College instead of the small group I mostly stayed with. Later in the dream the setting shifted again and I found myself working in a lamp company showroom where someone was talking about an indestructible bulb that people used to throw around for fun. That made me curious about the opposite idea, a bulb that would shatter instantly if dropped. As I wandered through the building I passed a group of girls standing around a clothesline of underwear and socks that was blocking a doorway. I chose to walk around instead of going through it because I wanted to be discreet, though one of them joked that I was probably pretending to be shy.

After recording the dreams I continued building out the Evie scenario system, imagining how she would handle different situations with calmness and clarity. One of the scenarios today involved a husband coming home late repeatedly without explanation and how that kind of situation could be handled without accusation or drama but with direct honesty and dignity.

The conversation later shifted toward food and diet ideas as part of the ongoing development of what I’ve been calling the AI Diet v2.0. Earlier I had made some small fruit biscuits using spelt flour, baking powder, applesauce, almond milk, and frozen fruit (see photo to the right). They turned out surprisingly good, rustic little scones with no added fat because the applesauce replaces the butter. I thought about taking a couple of them with me to McDonald’s to have with coffee instead of buying one of their pastries, which would be far higher in calories. Next time I might experiment with using half spelt flour and half regular flour to improve the texture a bit.

That led to some discussion about extremely low-calorie meals that are still filling. Vegetable cabbage soup came up as one of the lowest calorie main dishes you can make, and adding a little ground beef can turn it into a more complete meal without raising the calories too much. Another idea was making very low-calorie hot chocolate using only almond milk, cocoa powder, and Splenda, which comes out to around forty calories. There’s even a thicker version that uses a little cornstarch to give it a richer texture while still keeping the calories very low.

All of this ties back into the broader structure of the AI Diet v2.0, which is basically about eating simple foods that allow you to feel full while keeping calories under control. The daily framework stays the same: the morning prayer to the Universe, recording weight, writing down any nighttime whispers or dreams, continuing the manifestation letter project, and listening to a nighttime subliminal recording. Overall it was one of those days where dreams, diet ideas, and life planning all sort of blended together. The long-term goal remains the same: continue following the system day by day and eventually reach 199.9 pounds. People have done far more difficult things.
