📋Additional Daily Notes
Tuesday, December 23, 2025 unfolded quietly and without drama, which in itself felt like a small success. The day started with a reminder I keep needing to give myself lately: the goal right now is simple—follow the diet, lose weight for the next month, and keep things light enough to be sustainable. No pressure to build new “Seeds,” no urgency to force progress. Just stabilize, take care of the body, and let life be livable.
I weighed in and logged the number: 318.3 lbs. Down 43.6 pounds from where this started. I recorded it, noted it, and didn’t overthink it. There were no Nighttime Whispers to record, which felt fine. Not every night needs a message. I spent some time with the Unified Manifestation System—not trying to make anything happen, just using it the way it’s meant to be used now: as a stabilizer, not a lever. Later, I listened to a nighttime subliminal based on The Little Red Book, less as a belief system and more as a familiar rhythm to settle the mind.
On the body side, the focus stayed practical. The idea of sticking to “The Complete Bowl” stayed in play, along with the Martini Water Ritual, collagen, vitamins, and basic care routines. Nothing heroic. Just maintenance. Skin care, knee routine, small habits that don’t feel dramatic but quietly add up. This is the Smart Pivot in action—choosing consistency over intensity.
In the afternoon, I took my son out. We went to Wendy’s together, then to Landmark Cinemas to see the SpongeBob movie. It was light, colorful, and uncomplicated. No symbolism required. Just sitting next to my kid, sharing popcorn and time.
Before that, I stopped at Staples to check on a 1,000-piece puzzle I’d ordered for Christmas. I’d ordered it about ten days—maybe two weeks—ago, and with no confirmation email and Christmas closing in, I’d assumed it might not arrive in time. At the counter, it even sounded like I was cutting it close. But it had arrived. I picked it up, closed that loop, and felt a small, quiet relief. Not a miracle. Just something resolving itself.
As the afternoon turned into evening and the light faded, the plan became simple. Thrifty Foods for snacks—chips, dip, maybe some candy. A Panago pizza to take home. The night felt better suited to warmth and familiarity than pushing or proving anything. A stay-in night. TV or a movie. Letting the day land softly.
Alongside all of this, we talked—about ideas, systems, and honesty. We revisited It Works, Neville, Joe Dispenza, and Dr. James Doty, not to crown a winner but to understand where they overlap and where they diverge. What stood out most was how Doty’s work aligns with regulation and compassion rather than magical thinking, and how closely that maps to the Unified Manifestation System when it’s used the way it was meant to be used: to maintain coherence, not chase outcomes.
We even wandered into history, talking about Isaac Newton and why he can reasonably be called the smartest person who ever lived—not because of myth or personality, but because of how much of reality he unified into one working system. And we touched on why Ryerson University changed its name, as part of a larger reckoning with history and responsibility.
None of these threads resolved into a grand conclusion, and that felt appropriate. Today wasn’t about breakthroughs. It was about structure, care, conversation, and letting ordinary life count. Weight logged. Time spent with my son. An errand resolved. Food planned. The system held.
That’s enough for a Tuesday.
