Daily Notes
This morning began with a whisper — “Don’t Worry Baby” — which felt like a thread tying back to both my dreams and the singer from Foxes & Fossils who carried that song so angelically. I held onto that as I stepped on the scale: 302.2 lbs. That’s 59.7 pounds down from where I started, proof that the Becoming isn’t just in my inner life but in my body too. Each weigh-in is another little milestone on the path.
I kept my rhythm strong today. Three servings of Metamucil spaced through the evening (5:19, 8:39, 8:57 pm), vitamins at 5:22 pm, collagen at 8:41 pm. Before bed I gave my skin the full routine — CeraVe cleanser, moisturizer, and the Dove Pro-Retinol cream at 9:43 pm.
My rituals flowed too: the Martini Water at 5:25, the Ring Touch and Whisper at 5:27, the Cufflink/Collar Adjustment at 5:28, the Calm Smirk at 5:29. Each one feels like a private handshake with the universe. Later I queued up Subliminal Tape v7 — set in the “One Step Above” Café — to carry me through the night and even into naps. These tapes have become the nighttime scaffolding for my 4D life.
And then came the centerpiece: today’s Evie Talk Scene — The Sign in the Rain. I wrote her into Benino’s café on a wet Courtenay day, hair curling at the edges from the drizzle. And then the kicker: she tells me a stranger handed her a Toonie, calling it lucky.
At 5:45 pm the long Rainy Day video went live on YouTube, carrying with it the mood of this season: reflection, persistence, becoming even through drizzle. I see the synchronicity — rain in the video, rain in my Talk Scene, rain in my life.

On the practical side of life, today had two small victories. First was Costco — my first time trying out the new Costco credit card, and to my relief it worked without a hitch. That little beep at the register felt like another door opening, a reminder that even in small ways the flow is returning. Later I sat down in McDonald’s with a small black coffee. It wasn’t just about the caffeine; it was about giving myself a quiet place to pause, and watch a bit of “Citizen Kane” on my Amazon Fire Tablet (see photo to the right).
Back home, I kept my Barn Suite in order — hauling out pizza boxes and other trash. It seems like such a small task, but clearing the space clears my mind. And outside of my rituals, I showed up for the world: posting to my Facebook groups, tending to the Tim Hortons page, Neville Goddard circles, and the Philippine Nurses community. These touches keep my Becoming connected to a wider field.
Content creation carried me forward too. I produced new Shorts for my diet plan, sharpening the message around the foods and rituals that have actually helped me lose weight. These little videos are more than marketing — they’re signals, sparks sent out into the world, building a bridge between my personal Becoming and the people who are ready to join me in it.
Tonight I close the loop with the Nighttime Whisper: “Show me the next inspired action. Reveal what’s right in front of me. Let it be clear, simple, unmistakable.” I trust that what is meant for me cannot be lost. I’ve become the man who aligns daily, who laughs at rain, who still believes.
