Daily Notes

This morning began without any nighttime whispers, but even the silence felt like part of the process. Not every day has to bring dreams or signs — sometimes the quiet is its own answer. When I stepped on the scale, it showed 296.3 lbs, which means I’ve now dropped 65.6 lbs since the start. That daily weigh-in, logging the progress in my titles, is one of the simplest but most powerful anchors I’ve created. It reminds me that Becoming is happening step by step, pound by pound.

In the afternoon, I decided to explore a little. I stopped in at the North Island Hospital café. I discovered that it closes at 2:45 pm, which is a strange cut-off point — not 3:00 or 4:00, but 2:45. Still, it’s useful to know. They serve coffee all day, and there’s a microwave there too. I realized I could bring a coffee from McDonald’s or even my own potatoes and sit quietly in that café space later in the day, turning it into a sort of offbeat writing spot. There’s something appealing about having a tucked-away, peaceful corner in the hospital where I can work without distraction.

From there, I headed to Benino’s. I grabbed my Americano and was lucky enough to snag my usual table at the back. Early afternoon was calm, with just a few people scattered around. It wasn’t like that other day around 4:45 when the place was crammed full of students, laptops open, heads bent over books. This time, the flow was quieter. A few students eventually filtered in, but it never got overwhelming. I like watching them — seeing the energy of younger people pouring themselves into their studies, hustling toward their futures. In some ways, it makes me feel like I’m a student again, showing up for my own Becoming classes at my corner table.

I used that time well. I worked steadily on the subliminal script I’ve been crafting — the one that features Evie, Bridget Bennett, and Maggie Murphy. Esther’s narration sets the scene, Maggie and Bridget provide their playful commentary. I’ve been piecing their voices together in ElevenLabs. Today, it all started to take shape into something I can actually listen to. My plan is to compile it into a full .mp3 tonight.

2025-09-23 - Subway Veggie Sub

Food was more of a mixed bag today. Dinner ended up being a Subway Veggie sandwich (see photo to the right), then a Costco run, and finally a late-night stop at McDonald’s where I picked up a McVeggie combo. On paper, that doesn’t sound like the Calm Millionaire Diet at all, but I’ve also been “usually” drinking my gallon of water and keeping up with collagen and skincare. I know the pattern: if I delay eating too long into the day, especially while I’m out, I get hungry and end up grabbing something easy. That’s why I need to start earlier — potatoes, veggies, or egg whites in the morning or early afternoon to steady me. That way, when I’m running around, I’m less vulnerable to the drive-thru temptations. I reminded myself: progress is never linear, but the rhythm is still forward.

Through it all, I stayed connected to my rituals. The Martini Water ritual, the ring touch, the cufflink adjustment, even the calm smirk — each of these small physical anchors keeps me rooted in the 4D identity I’m building.

So tonight, I’ll close with my nightly whisper: Universe, as I sleep, guide me toward the next inspired action. Show me what’s already in front of me that I haven’t seen yet. Let it rise in my dreams, my whispers, my signs tomorrow. What is meant for me cannot be lost. I am ready to be guided. I am ready to see.

Even in the quiet days, even in the days with detours through Subway or McDonald’s, I know I am still on the Becoming path. I’m lighter in body, sharper in vision, and more faithful to the rituals than ever. Each night and each whisper bring me closer. The love, the purpose, the legacy I imagine — they are already mine.
