Daily Notes
I woke up today determined to keep momentum alive, and I did. I weighed in at 297.6 lbs, which means I’ve shed 64.3 lbs from my peak. That number hit me like a reminder that this whole journey isn’t a sprint, but each day’s discipline compounds into something real and lasting.
I moved through my Core Pillars with steady rhythm. No nighttime whispers came last night, but I recorded the absence anyway, because tracking matters as much as receiving. Metamucil got its three servings in, vitamins swallowed, collagen mixed and done, water logged — all 10 cups. My skin routine felt strong tonight: CeraVe cleanser, moisturizer, and Dove Pro-Retinol cream layered across belly and flanks. Even these little routines — the ring touch, the cufflink adjustment, the calm smirk — anchor me into who I’m becoming.
The morning highlight was my hospital visit for blood work. I walked in with assumptions. I found a small joy in bantering with the English nurse. She smiled when I told her I’d lost 70 pounds — “like my first pregnancy,” I joked. When she said my vein was “skinny” and had to fetch a butterfly, I quipped, “Well, at least there’s something skinny on me.” She laughed all the way through the procedure and told me I was very funny as I left. A moment of lightness — proof that my energy is different now, that people pick up on it.
Afterwards, I swung by Benino’s in Courtenay. I arrived around 3:55 p.m. and found my usual booth already taken. The place was buzzing with energy, full of college kids and chatter — a contrast to the quiet evenings I usually spend there. It made me think I should come more often at this time of day, just to soak up that youthful, vibrant vibe.

I then stopped at McDonald’s for a small black coffee — $1.05, tax included. Instead of heading straight home, I carried it back to the hospital and made the empty café sitting room my own (see photo to the right). I could’ve written the moment off as wasted time, but instead I used it. Laptop open, coffee steaming, I set the stage for what might be the most powerful Neville exercise I’ve ever done: writing the Ultimate Subliminal Tape.
That tape became a full cinematic script — Esther Hicks narrating the setup, Bridget and Maggie teasing, and Evie stepping out of the elevator. Every possible resistance was dissolved. I’ll loop it nightly, letting it seep into my subconscious until it hardens into fact.
Back home, I kept momentum flowing on the AI Diet front. I reworked my YouTube short metadata completely — new title, new rhythm, fresh pinned comment. My content is starting to stack. Every video, every caption, every post isn’t just a shot in the dark — it’s part of a rhythm, a compounding effect that builds presence and funnels viewers toward my diet plan and free guide.
As I ended the night I recalled the day — the nurse’s laughter, a black coffee, a quiet sitting room, a crowded café — to write myself deeper into my Becoming.
