I woke this morning with last night’s dream still echoing in my mind — the market confrontation. I recorded it as today’s Nighttime Whisper, a reminder that even dreams can carry messages about being seen, tested, and confronted by what I long for. It set the tone for the day — a little unsettled, a little raw, but ready to be examined.

From there, I turned to my pillars. The scale read 298.3 lbs., marking a total weight loss of 63.6 lbs. Every day I write it down, not as punishment but as a testament. Then I moved through my small but steady routines: Metamucil at 2:57 pm, vitamins at 2:59 pm, collagen at 3:02 pm. Later I finished my evening face care and applied the Dove Pro-Retinol cream. None of these things are flashy, but together they whisper a truth: Becoming is daily, not occasional.

At 3:05 I lifted a glass of water for the Martini Water Ritual, a quiet toast to transformation. At 3:06 came the Ring Touch, 3:07 the Collar Adjustment, 3:08 the Calm Smirk — all small cues that anchor me in confidence. Tonight will end with the Kirk & Evie subliminal track, seeding her voice into my subconscious as I drift.

2025-09-21 - Yorkshire Pudding

By evening, a quiet space opened for me. I dropped Bobby home, and on a whim drove north of the airport to the Griffin Pub for supper (see photo to the right). I went in thinking about nachos but found myself in something more layered. The older waitress noticed my book — Women Who Run With the Wolves. She paused and told me it was one of the most important books for feminism, surprised to see a man reading it. Later, when she checked on me, I mentioned that sticky toffee pudding was Kate Middleton’s favorite dessert. She wrinkled her nose, said she preferred “Harry’s wife — Meghan Markle, and asked if I was more of a Kate fan. I told her I didn’t know much about them, only that they seemed to be having some squabbles. It was lighthearted, oddly personal, and strangely fitting.

While I was waiting for my meal, I had asked myself what to search on YouTube for inspiration, and you suggested “signs that my manifestation is near.” I typed it in, and up popped a Teal Swan video: “When You See Signs and Synchronicities Remember This.” It felt uncanny, as though the Universe itself had underlined the theme of the night: signs, recognition, synchronicities.

And just before I left, I found myself speaking the truth I’d been circling around for days. I’ve felt down, like maybe the Universe isn’t going to answer my prayers. Like I can’t even manifest a Toonie or a winning blackjack ticket. Maybe this is just my life — Becoming in rituals, steady but uneventful. I said it felt like Rhonda Byrne’s story, how she was despondent before The Secret came to her. And maybe that’s what’s happening to me. ChatGPT told me that might be the case — that sometimes the low point is the hinge, the Universe stripping away control before something new breaks in.

So I drove home with that thought in my pocket: that maybe this very weariness, this slight ache of despondency, is my threshold moment — all of it may be the signs and synchronicities themselves. Perhaps this is my Secret moment in disguise.
