It’s Saturday, and right off the bat I checked in on my Daily Core Pillars. The scale showed 294.6 lbs., which means I’m officially down 67.3 lbs. since starting. That number alone gives me momentum — the daily weigh-in has become a ritual reminder that I am moving forward, one small step at a time. I logged it in my title as always: Down More Each Day.

Early this afternoon I started laying down the raw footage for my Music Studio video — filming the ritual of setting up cords, positioning speakers, and preparing the space. In my Becoming arc, this is more than a studio setup. It’s a symbol — creating a vessel, preparing the frequency, opening the channel for what’s yet to come. This will flow right into tomorrow’s long-form upload.

Today’s “Inspiring Aging & Fitness” watch was a Ralph Fiennes clip — something about his presence, his voice, his physicality at his age resonated with me. I can feel that spark pushing me onward to carry myself with the same kind of grounded dignity.

Physically, I stayed disciplined: Metamucil at three times today (2:58 pm, 10:10 pm, and 10:30 pm), vitamins at 3:00 pm, collagen at 3:01 pm. I kept my hydration up — 10 cups of water done. I also stayed on my skin care path: tonight before bed I’ll cleanse with CeraVe SA Cleanser and moisturize with CeraVe Renewing SA Cream. The steadiness of this routine is building into something long-term, and it feels good knowing I’m treating my body with care.

This afternoon I stopped by Walmart. I picked up a new monitor for the music studio, one more cornerstone in the foundation I’m laying. Every piece I add to this studio feels like laying down a wire for the frequency I’m calling in. And, on the more personal side, I grabbed that Aussie Miracle Volume Shampoo we’d been talking about. It feels good to have a fresh, simple routine that boosts volume without hassle — a practical, quiet way of choosing youth and vitality in how I present myself.

2025-08-30 - Red Mercedes Convertible

And as if to punctuate the whole day, I spotted something on the way back from Walmart: a gleaming red Mercedes convertible (see photo to the right) in front of the casino! Back in my North Carolina days, I once tried to manifest seeing those cars the way I now focus on Toonies. To have one appear today — bright, undeniable, right in front of me — felt like a synchronicity marker. A reminder from the universe that even the things seeded long ago still ripple forward. Proof that the frequency is already alive and working.

At Benino’s, later this afternoon, I treated myself to an Americano with almond milk. Surprisingly, it wasn’t busy for a Saturday, which left me with the sense that the Universe carved out some stillness for me.

Later tonight, I drove with my daughter. In the quiet of the drive, the space opened up for me to share something important: my dream of a charity in the Philippines. She was completely supportive — not only of the idea itself, but even of the possibility of me traveling there someday to scope it out and make it real. That was huge.

I also kept my Evening Rituals in check — Martini Water at 10:33 pm, ring touch and whisper at 12:59 pm, cufflink/collar adjustment at 1:00 pm, and the calm smirk at 1:01 pm.

All in all, today felt like a weaving together of threads: health, ritual, vision, and family. I can feel the Becoming stretching outward — into cafés, into car rides, into music, into the Philippines — and with every little act, I’m not just preparing my body and mind, I’m preparing the frequency itself.
