I went to the chicken coop this morning and our poor hen passed away. We only have the rooster left. You can see Mr. Lonely in the photo to the left.

I started with my morning weigh-in: 294.2 lbs — that’s 67.7 pounds down from my highest, and 46.4 lbs lost since beginning the AI Diet. It’s not just a number anymore; it’s proof of forward motion, of gravity releasing its grip a little more each day. I kept my rhythm steady: water intake, my ring ritual, collagen, vitamins, and even the smirk — each one now a thread in the fabric of my becoming.
The real texture of the day came during a drive with my daughter. We talked, lightly, and she pointed out how Kristina’s compact bathroom bag made a quiet impression on her.
I also uploaded the “Cutting Board” video at 5:45 PM. That felt right — quiet, deliberate, soul-lined. I left a signal there, subtle but strong.
