Daily Notes
✅ Completed Tasks – August 1, 2025:
- Morning Weigh-In: Clocked in at 297.9 lbs. That’s 64 lbs down from my peak, including 42.7 lbs dropped since I kicked off the AI Diet. That number keeps looking better.
- One-Sentence Update: “I am the signal.” Short. Sharp. Sovereign.
- 60-Second Visualization: I imagined myself talking with a friend—and not just any friend. A soul-level kind of talk. Something shifted in that vision.
- Nighttime Subliminal Audio: Continued my Kirk & Evie Q&A dream programming. Nighttime whispers primed the next dimension.
- Ring Touch + Whisper: 9:53 pm micro-ritual logged and felt. Identity, activated.
- 10 Cups of Water: Hit the hydration goal. Not glamorous, but it counts.
🥇 Weekly Gold Medal Life Priority:
- Friday’s Kirk & Evie time: I worked on the “Kirk & Evie” narrative and generated a new prologue image. Also read the preface and prologue from the Companion Guide. The story is beginning to write itself.
✨ “Became” Accelerators (Do as Aligned):
- ✅ Martini Water Ritual: Sustained all day. That small shift in intention—the subtle flare—was there.
- ✅ Cufflink/Collar Adjustment: 10:01 pm. A gesture, a declaration. I’m not just surviving. I’m showing up.
- ✅ The Calm Smirk: At 10:03 pm, I gave the mirror a knowing look. That guy? He’s on his way.
- ✅ Collagen + Vitamins: Checked at 2:33 pm.
- ✅ Dry Brushing (MWF): Done, it’s Friday after all.
- ✅ Dove Skin Cream: Applied after brushing.
- ✅ Psyllium Husks (3x today): Morning, noon, and dinner—yes to all.
- ✅ CeraVe Cleanser (AM): 2:35 pm cleanse.
- ✅ CeraVe Cream (PM): Lined up for the evening routine.
💡 Additional Notes:
- ✅ Personal Touches: Hung up all my shirts to face the right way—because of course they should. Did laundry, organized the barn suite, and made that space feel more like mine again.
- ✅ Time with my son: Took him to the Superman movie. The real-world superpower was presence.
🧾 Daily Journal Summary:

I’m loving the “Hashbrown Cakes” that I make in the Griddler (see photo to the right).
Today was a layered kind of day. It started grounded—with the scale confirming I’m still on the right trajectory—and stayed anchored in the kind of habits that reinforce who I’m becoming, not just what I’m doing. Rituals weren’t skipped; they were honored. From hydration to visualization, from collagen to calm smirks, each action stitched a little more into reality.
The “Kirk & Evie” storyline also deepened—both practically (through the Companion Guide and image work) and emotionally (through subtle moments that felt guided). Taking my son to Superman wasn’t just a movie night; it was me showing up.
There was also a lot of body care today—CeraVe routines, dry brushing, vitamins, psyllium husks. It’s like my skin and gut are finally starting to believe we’re staying for the long haul.
The “Barn Suite” cleanup gave me a mental reset. Shirts all facing right? It’s a silly thing—but it whispered back to me, “I’m in order now. I’m ready.”
So here I am—no cape, no lasers—but walking like I’m finally starring in my own origin story.
