Now that ChatGPT is helping me organize my diet/exercise regimen I have a new favorite meal (see photo to the right). I make my own low calorie version of “Chanko Nabe” and have some cauliflower rice, chick peas, black beans, and a salad for t he main meal, and a couple of corn thins with my own homemade hummus and “Everything But The Bagel” seasoning as a side. Delish!

I set up Thunderbird on my new Costco PC this evening. I have accumulated so many email accounts over the years it took quite a while. Nice to get that done…
