  • #11 EVENING: Listen to “Audio Tape” at night (ie: “Kirk & Evie”, “Busting Loose Audible Book”, “Manifestation Letter In Audio”, “Fan Noise”)! (I had a nap today and listened to the “Busting Loose Audible Book”!)

I’m not exactly sure why, but as of late when I feed the chickens the hen will ignore the scratch, which she usually loves, and run as fast as she can to get into the barn (see photo to the left). Why is this? Did Maureen use to feed them there? The hen just started doing this so does it have something to do with laying eggs, which she has also just recently started to do.

2025-04-21 - Mashed Potatoes

I made a huge pot of potatoes in the Instant Pot this afternoon. I peeled them before cooking them so I could mash them up right away. I added some romaine lettuce, as zero calorie veggies are allowed on my “Modified Potato Diet”. You can see the result in the photo to the right. I added some of the mango hot sauce I got the other day, and some chili sauce as well, and did it ever hit the spot. So much so in fact that I ate the whole Instant Pot bowl of them!!!

So I’m working on the contents of my “Manifestation Letter”. Here are some areas that Copilot suggested:
