Daily Notes
My Minnesota Mega Millions lottery ticket was a dud! (see photo to the right).
I’m off and on as to whether I will purchase the Kindle book about the life of Keith Moon. He reminds me of LF so much, it would be interesting to read more about him.
We received a text message from Tara, our new neighbor from Nova Scotia across the street. She used to teach elementary school here and is eager to meet with my wife to talk all about it. She told us that she has a “goofy” white lab and a cat named “Charlotte”.
I’m having all kinds of problems linking my Canadian RBC account with my ROTH IRA in the US. According to ETrade, we might not be able to do it and might have to rely on wiring funds, which would be a pain. Stay tuned…
The photo to the left shows the amount of revenue I have earned via my “Law of Attraction” YouTube channel. I haven’t been able to post much during the move, and while I’m getting settled in, but I’m hoping to pick this up… $32.50 is not nothing, I’ll take it… 🙂
I put up the short video “Abraham Hicks – The Universe’s Message You Were Meant To Hear Today | Law of Attraction Guidance” on my YouTube channel this afternoon. I used Canva to create the thumbnail.
My wife had some furniture from IKEA delivered this afternoon. The kids and her spent quite a bit of the afternoon assembling it, and it is still not done!
This evening the whole family went for a trip to COSTCO! We started off with an inexpensive meal at the food court, hot dog and a drink for only $1.50 … what’s not to love about that. My wife got her picture taken so she now has a COSTCO card as well. We then wandered throughout the store looking at the various items for future purchases, and purchased some items tonight as well. My son got a “gaming chair”, along with a plushy that is holding some “Ramen Noodles”. We also got some frozen cheese pizzas, many loaves of bread (which can be frozen), and lots of snacking foods. One of the employees helped us load the gaming chair into the van, which was nice.
I was tired after all this walking today. I went to bed early, but the rest of the family mustered up the energy for a walk around the neighborhood. Our son rode his scooter!
