Happy Saturday to you! It’s afternoon as I write this. I slept late as I’m not feeling well. Nonetheless, let’s get things started with item #1 on my “ToDo List”:

  1. Morning affirmation (immediately upon rising): “I am extremely deserving of the things that I am manifesting because I have and always have had a good heart. I want the best for others and want for things to work out well for everyone. Even when people were horrible to me, I tried to look beyond this and resolve issues so that all could live in peace. I don’t have a great desire for wealth, other than getting a nice home and traveling, and will use the rest of the money to benefit and help others. So, taking this into account, if ANYONE is deserving of these things I am manifesting, it is ME“! Yep, sounds right!
  2. Ask Bard (or ChatGPT) the question of the day and implement the response. I asked Bard a question about child rearing. You can read about the answer below.

  4. Bard 30-Day Plan: Yep. Feeling pretty good about the fact that a lot of these things I have been doing already.
  5. Positive Dieting Thoughts for the Day: I am losing weight through (a) Intermittent Fasting, (b) Non-Fat Foods, (c) <2000 Calories, (d) Daily Exercises: I had another salad, chili bean, and chicken salad like I had yesterday. A larger can of chicken today, so let’s see if I am still losing weight tomorrow.
  6. Take Resveratrol: Yes, this morning.
  7. Put On Shin Cream: Yes, this afternoon.
  8. Bless Food (Before Eating): Not at noon, but yes before a sip of coffee.
  9. Daily Mediations (3 total) (with my “air conditioner” background video if possible). (a) Ask “Source” for Next Step, (b) “Dream Home” in Courtenay, and (c) “KWF Coin”. I’m finding it hard to meditate while I’m sick… I just took my 2nd Z-Pac dose this afternoon and plan for a nap soon. Hopefully I will be able to meditate.
  10. Update “Dream List” (Add/Remove/Update). No, not feeling well…
  11. Update “Vision Board” (Add/Remove/Update). No, not feeling well…
  12. This evening do or record my “Act of Kindness”: I sent an email to Melanie Wakeham at Pinehaven School, Upper Hutt, New Zealand thanking her for her teaching service.
  13. Before going to bed, clutch my “Gratitude Rock” and record my “Main Blessing” for today: Health?

I asked Bard this question: My 13-year old daughter thinks that she can get whatever she wants from us and doesn’t have to lift a finger for it. I’m worried that she is going to take this philosophy forward in life and will think that she doesn’t have to work for anything as everyone else will work and give her stuff. What does Abraham Hicks believe, if anything, I should do?

I went to Panera Bread later in the morning and picked up a coffee. They have Christmas designs on their cups now (see photo to the right). I basically drove right home after that and didn’t go out for the rest of the day. I fought this “cold” or whatever it is for the rest of the day and didn’t really feel like doing much else. I think I should be visualizing better health more, but I’m so sick even that is a chore! I took my second dose of Z-Pac, basically one pill, around noon today, so the journey continues…
