Here we are at another work week and the continuation of a “Minimalist” checklist for a change! Here comes item #1 on my latest “ToDo List”: (You can use these symbols: ☐✅).
Let’s try to focus on a few items and not get overwhelmed… They are, to start:
- ✅ #01: Maggie’s Manifestation: The Optimal State From Which To Manifest Anything You Want (Neville Goddard/Law Of Assumption) (At the 1:20 point she says the OPTIMAL STATE IS “I AM 100% OKAY WITH NOT GETTING THIS THING, BUT I KNOW I WILL GET IT”! THIS IS THE STATE THAT HAS ALWAYS WORKED FOR HER AND GOTTEN HER WHATEVER SHE WANTS!!!)

📋Additional Daily Notes
Here we are at another work week and the continuation of a minimalist checklist. Instead of trying to do everything, the idea is to focus on a few things and not get overwhelmed. Item number one was already checked off—Maggie’s Manifestation video, where at the 1:20 mark she says the optimal state is being one hundred percent okay with not getting the thing, while still knowing you will get it. That line stuck. It feels like it ties directly into the dream—letting go, but still knowing. The weigh-in was there as well, still in progress, part of the ongoing numbers and tracking. Recording the weight in the title—done. Recording the Nighttime Whisper—the dream now captured as “The One Who Flew but Could Not Escape”—also done.

There was also the idea of the “French Fry Diet” sitting there as a kind of reset, simple and almost absurd in its minimalism—air fryer fries, ketchup, Zevia, along with water, black coffee, and tea. Not fully locked in yet, but present as an option. The History of Civilization videos were checked off, with Elum eventually defeated by King Nebuchadnezzar in 1120 BC. The Keith Moon book moved forward to page 73. Other items sat there, not rejected, just not activated—chess, Terje’s Spirit Lab, the Barn Suite projects, the music studio setup, bookkeeping tasks, and the rest of the optional structure that exists more as a framework than a demand.
In the afternoon, I went to Mudsharks. It’s become one of those places that feels easy to sit in, where nothing is expected and nothing has to be performed. I got a large Americano and sat down with my tablet and watched a bit of Rocky (see photo to the right). The opening scene played—the gritty streets, the worn-down buildings, the sense that nothing remarkable is happening. It struck me how grounded it felt. No big introduction, no dramatic setup, just a guy moving through an ordinary world. Sitting there with my coffee, watching that, it didn’t feel like I was watching something separate from my life. It felt like I was sitting inside the same kind of moment. No big declaration, no turning point. Just being there.
On the way to Mudsharks, I had stopped at the library and dropped off a few of my yellow business cards. Bright, simple, easy to notice. I didn’t overthink it. I just placed them and moved on. No expectation of who might pick one up or what might come from it. Just putting something out into the world and letting it sit where it landed. That idea from the morning—the optimal state of being okay either way—seemed to carry into that action without needing to force it.
After Mudsharks, I ended up at Shar-Kare and picked up some grower feed. Just a practical errand, nothing symbolic on the surface.
Next up was Costco. I found myself looking at TVs and wall mounts, perhaps for the area over my desk? I bought another bag of frozen fries for my diet.
Nothing about the day stood out as major. No big decisions, no clear turning points. But it didn’t feel like nothing either. It felt like one of those in-between days where things are still moving, still aligning, just without any announcement. A dream that lingers, a simple checklist that keeps things contained, a coffee in a familiar place, a movie that mirrors something internal, small actions placed into the world without pressure, ordinary errands, and a small, almost hidden reminder sitting in the grass.
