📋Additional Daily Notes
Today felt like one of those quieter, reflective days where nothing dramatic happens on the surface, but underneath there’s a lot shifting. I started the day simply marking it—and sitting with that familiar sense that Saturdays carry. There’s space in them. Space to think, to explore ideas, to follow threads that don’t have to lead anywhere immediate, but often lead somewhere meaningful.
One of those threads today was going down a bit of a rabbit hole with a YouTube channel by Terje Nordkvelle. His message is simple on the surface—speak certain sentences out loud and things begin to manifest, sometimes even “in seconds.” It’s the kind of claim that immediately grabs attention. And to be fair, there’s something real underneath it. Using your voice, speaking things out loud with intention, does something. It shifts state. It reinforces identity. It moves you, even if belief isn’t fully there yet. But as I thought about it more, it became clear that it’s not the words themselves that hold the power—it’s the state behind them. The feeling, the identity you step into while saying them. That distinction feels important. It’s not magic phrases—it’s who you are when you say them.

It actually made me think about my own approach to all of this. Less about external forces or “guides,” and more about being the cause. The idea that reality doesn’t respond to what you say as much as it responds to who you are being. Speaking can help, but only because it pulls you into that state faster. That feels like a cleaner, more grounded way of looking at it, and honestly, something that could translate really well into future content—maybe even a video exploring exactly that.
This afternoon I found myself at Benino’s, sipping an Americano (which they call a Canadiano), and playing some online chess (see photo to the right).
If anything, today felt like a reminder of how things unfold when you don’t chase them. You have a conversation, you connect, and then life moves pieces around on its own. Almost like those “bridge of incidents” ideas I’ve thought about before. Not something to grab onto, but something to walk through calmly.
Somewhere in between manifestation ideas, YouTube analysis, and real-life developments, the day just carried that quiet sense of Becoming. Nothing loud, nothing forced. Just another step, another shift, another moment where things are moving—whether I fully understand them or not.
