📋Additional Daily Notes
Today started early. I woke up from a long, strange, and emotionally layered dream about connection, vulnerability, and what it means to be seen and accepted as I am. It stayed with me, lingering in my thoughts as I got up and began the day.
By mid-morning, I was already in maintenance mode. At 9:07 a.m., I oiled the cutting board — a small, practical task, but one that felt symbolic. Taking care of tools, spaces, and systems has become part of how I’m rebuilding my life. Nothing dramatic. Just tending to what supports me.

After getting a new belt for my car at DW Auto, I headed out to Laneway Coffee in Cumberland, setting up my laptop, ordering coffee, and settling into a familiar public-but-private workspace (see photo to the right).
Sitting there with a mug, my computer, and a copy of The Road Less Traveled, I watched spiritual and self-development videos and reflected on how quickly the world is changing. AI, layoffs, automation — all of it led my thoughts back to the Philippines and the charity idea that has been circling in my mind for months. I found myself wrestling with big questions about dignity, sustainability, and legacy. I don’t want to just throw money at problems. I want to understand them. I want anything I do to outlive me. That led to a moment of candid, half-humorous prayer to the Universe, asking for clarity and direction, even invoking NVDA as a kind of symbolic “green light.” It was honest, messy, and real — exactly where my head was.
Around midday, the moment I’d been waiting for arrived. The FedEx truck showed up, and my yellow business cards finally landed in my hands. Opening the box and seeing them stacked neatly inside was deeply satisfying. Months of thinking, designing, testing, and doubting had turned into something physical and real. Bright. Professional. Ready to be used. Inventory. Infrastructure. Proof that ideas become things if you keep showing up.
This evening was a Costco run… I checked food labels, thinking carefully about what fits into my health system and what doesn’t. Hot sauce, baked beans, channa masala — each label became another small reminder that sustainable change happens through awareness, not restriction. At the same time, I realized my fridge temperature had been too high, and I adjusted it, another small act of responsibility in a day full of them.
Looking back, today was about alignment through action. Dreams in the morning. Maintenance in the afternoon. Delivery in the middle. Reflection throughout. No shortcuts. No magic. Just steady Becoming.
