Today unfolded in a way that felt quiet on the surface but deeply meaningful underneath — a day where Stillness, manifestation, memories, routines, and even flight simulation all wove together into one long thread.

I woke up late today, later than I meant to. The morning had that groggy “coming up out of a dream” feeling, and this time the dream stayed with me. I had been in a suburban house, and the neighbor — angry, accusing, barging in at what he said was 2 a.m. — confronted me about something my son had “broken.” In the dream, my son had swapped the neighbor’s broken item with a similar one from our home because he was too embarrassed to admit it. It immediately reminded me of something from years ago involving a former friend who stole from me — the emotion, not the details. The Stillness Experiment and this Daniel Day-Lewis presence practice seem to be dredging up old, unresolved emotional pockets. I woke up feeling like this was something inside me asking for release, not something in the outer world that needed fixing.

Even though I woke up emotionally stirred, there was no time to linger — I needed to get to Shar-Kare for chicken feed. I rushed out the door and handled that first. From there, I headed to Staples to return some Amazon packages for Pearl. Once that was done, I considered going to Starbucks in Courtenay for lunch, but my daughter was hanging out with her friend Emma, and I figured I’d be picking her up soon enough. Instead of going too far, I crossed the bridge back to the Comox side and stopped at Canadian Tire to grab some dish towels (see photo to the right).

Tonight I also spent time in Microsoft Flight Simulator. I managed to get airborne in a Cessna but kept stalling when trying to turn back toward the airport. I learned the reason: not enough airspeed, turning too steeply, climbing while turning, flaps still down — all beginner mistakes. I asked for a turn-back training lesson, and discovered the key: level off first, gain speed, then make a gentle 15–20° coordinated turn. And I finally understood where the flaps indicator appears on screen — something I couldn’t see before. Little by little, I’m piecing it together.

Somewhere in all of this, I asked myself the bigger question:
Am I becoming… or have I already become?
And the answer that came back — from Stillness, from Neville, from Tolle, from this whole Becoming journey — was both. In 4D, I’ve already become. In 3D, I’m becoming into what I already am.

As the night winds down, I realize today wasn’t random at all. It was a convergence — dreams, errands, coffee rituals, manifestation teachings, the Turn-Back Lesson in Flight Simulator, the feeling that everything is pointing in the same direction: the quiet, steady truth that I’m already home inside myself.

This was The Convergence Day.
