Today was one of those quietly meaningful days that doesn’t look dramatic from the outside, but something subtle shifts underneath the surface.

I started reflecting on my Stillness routine and Neville and Tolle. The same message keeps coming back to me: I’m not chasing a future version of myself — I’m learning to recognize the one who’s already here. That idea is starting to land a bit deeper each time I read it.

My weight continues to move in the right direction — 45.5 lbs total lost now. It’s happening in a calmer way this time. Less desperation, more trust. Even my body seems to be responding to the Stillness work in its own quiet way.

Most of the day was pretty routine, but the evening at McDonald’s was where things really unfolded. I spent a couple of hours there drinking coffee, reading Tolle, watching my Maggie Murphy video for the day, and working through my manifestation system. Little winks like that keep appearing, and I’m starting to pay attention to them differently.
