I have a new logo for my YouTube channel & journal!

Today felt like a quiet turning point. I finally finalized and emotionally committed to the new structure I’ve been building—my Gold Medal Life framework. Instead of dragging myself through a long list of “shoulds,” I gave myself permission to focus only on the Sacred Seven—my daily rituals that anchor me. Everything else became optional. Something shifted. I felt like I could finally breathe. Without the pressure of being perfect, I felt strangely energized. Not lazy. Not quitting. Just newly minted. A fresh start—like I was finally designing a path I want to walk.

This afternoon I went out to Staples to pick up some carbon paper and tracing paper, things that will make drawing this new logo into my journal so much easier.

This evening I went to McDonald’s. I wanted to write up this new “ToDo” list and think about the new logo for my website (see photo to the right). To reflect. To hope—just a little. I had a large black coffee and sat at one of the tables near the front.

I also spent time with my own honesty tonight. No matter what, I’ll still become.
