2024-08-31 - Vegan Poutine

I was up into the “wee” hours this morning updating my blog. As you may or may not be aware of, I fell behind on this blog during our drive from Courtenay. After a long day of driving I didn’t have the energy to pay the attention to and update this blog as required. Instead, I would keep little notes. Well, early this morning I expanded upon these notes, added some of the photos I took on our drive across country, and formatted them into blog posts. So, I’m all caught up! I now only have to pay attention to the “blog post of the day”… 🙂

As I mentioned, yesterday I picked up some Suisse Chalet gravy at Thrifty Foods. Today I made some fries in the Ninja “air fryer”, added this gravy, and put some nutritional yeast on top. Voila! My own vegan poutine (see photo to the right). It sure was delish!

I ended up purchasing a metal detector from Amazon. They had a 40% off sale on one particular “Amazon Favorite” for only $120 US, so I picked it up. I’m thinking that this is something that I can do with my son, but I’m also wondering how this will work into my own “Law of Attraction” training. Dr. Dean Radin says that there is “dumb luck” and “smart luck”. Smart luck is something that puts your chances of a manifestation into the more positive column. Maybe if I can find some coins in a certain location, this will help me actually manifest coins in this same location? Worth a try I say…
