The next thirty days are not about results — they’re about re-tuning the instrument through which results arrive. That’s what this Stillness Experiment will do — it rewires the baseline from effort to ease.

I started the day in the very early hours, around 5:47 a.m., by working on the flight simulator. I set up my controls to match a YouTube walkthrough and managed to get the Cessna 152 into the air and even back to the airport, mostly by luck. I still need to learn how to see outside the plane better, how to turn around properly, avoid stalling, and eventually land correctly.

I then shifted briefly into thinking about my WordPress blog, wondering about a plugin that allows navigation to the next post. After that I bounced into questions about the “little red manifestation book,” wondering who wrote it, whether Open Library had it, and what the method teaches. I asked how it compares to the ADAI method, whether it works, and whether desires can be made more specific. I also wondered whether Jarrett’s method is more successful than Neville’s and whether the book is worth buying.

Next, I uploaded a photo of my manifestation list and looked at refining the items. I asked about making certain intentions more specific and whether the entire list could be improved for better clarity and effectiveness. Even in the tiredness and the rough patches, I stayed with my systems, stayed in the experiment, and kept returning to the practices that have been grounding me for almost 200 days now.

This was Day 199 — messy, quiet, honest, and real — but still part of the Becoming arc.
