The weekend is here! Let’s get things started with item #1 on my “ToDo List”:
- Morning affirmation (immediately upon rising): “I am extremely deserving of the things that I am manifesting because I have and always have had a good heart. I want the best for others and want for things to work out well for everyone. Even when people were horrible to me, I tried to look beyond this and resolve issues so that all could live in peace. I don’t have a great desire for wealth, other than getting a nice home and traveling, and will use the rest of the money to benefit and help others. So, taking this into account, if ANYONE is deserving of these things I am manifesting, it is ME“! This evening, not this morning.
- Ask Bard (or ChatGPT) the question of the day and implement the response. How to banish illness from my life (see response below).

Ask Bard: According to Abraham Hicks, how do I banish sickness from my life moving forward?
Bard Replies: Abraham Hicks, a popular figure in the Law of Attraction movement, emphasizes the power of positive thoughts and beliefs in shaping our reality, including our health. According to Hicks, sickness stems from negative thoughts and vibrations, and by cultivating a positive mindset, we can strengthen our immune system and reduce the likelihood of illness.
Here are some key principles from Abraham Hicks on banishing sickness from your life:
- Focus on Well-being: Instead of dwelling on fear of illness, focus on your inherent well-being. Visualize yourself as healthy, vibrant, and full of vitality.
- Appreciate Your Body: Express gratitude for your body’s incredible capacity for healing and resilience. Acknowledge its strength and ability to overcome challenges.
- Release Negative Thoughts: When negative thoughts about illness arise, acknowledge them without judgment and then consciously release them. Don’t give them power over your emotions.
- Embrace Positive Affirmations: Regularly repeat positive affirmations about your health, such as “I am healthy and well,” “My body is strong and resilient,” or “I am surrounded by healing energy.”
- Nourish Your Body: Make conscious choices to nourish your body with wholesome foods, adequate sleep, and regular exercise.
- Prioritize Self-Care: Engage in activities that promote relaxation, stress reduction, and emotional well-being. Practice mindfulness, meditation, or other forms of self-care.
- Seek Support: Surround yourself with supportive individuals who share your belief in healing and positive thinking.
Remember, banishing sickness is not just about physical health; it’s also about cultivating a positive mindset that promotes overall well-being. By embracing Abraham Hicks’ teachings on the Law of Attraction, you can empower yourself to create a life filled with vitality and health.
I stopped off at Panera Bread this morning for a coffee, then went to Aldi for some groceries, and then back to Panera Bread for another cup, before going home. Panera Bread is up and running with holiday specials (see photo to the right), and as a matter of fact I have a free bagel coming to me! I decided to not get it today, but some other day, as the offer extends well into December.
There was an issue with the Canva Pro subscription that I purchased yesterday. The email that they sent me was shut down due to spam. After a bit of back and forth they extended to me a new email that did work. You may wonder why I am talking about a Canva Pro subscription in this blog. Well, I am using it to create my AI videos for YouTube, and I am hoping that if I can monetize this channel to earn money for our dream home in Courtenay, BC.
